Willis Construction was formed in 1986 and has developed a reputation as a skilled and trusted builder with all of its core offerings—New Build, Major Refurbishment and Planned Maintenance.
We are a local company and invest in the industry through trade apprenticeships. We pride ourselves on our commitment to both environmental and social sustainability, employing local people and partnering with a local supply chain thereby retaining maximum investment within the communities where we operate. We also work with our clients to review other ways of benefiting the economy and community through targeted training and recruitment.
Whilst maintaining our involvement within our core offerings, over the last ten years we have become specialists in delivering Welsh Housing Quality Standard refurbishment works in occupied homes. The wealth of experience gained during this time means that we fully understand client’s aims and requirements and enabling us to provide a quality service tailored to the tenants and resident’s individual needs.
