Project Overview 

The site was located at the end of cul-de-sac accessed along a narrow highway through a residential area. Accordingly, there was a fundamental requirement to liaise and maintain strong communication with the neighbours and school regarding programme, key construction activities and deliveries.

The programme required the coordination with the specialist SIPs sub-contractor for the factory assembly activities and site erection of the SIPs panels.

The project was completed on time and to budget and both the managing agent and client were delighted with the company’s flexibility, communication skills, workmanship and the quality of the completed building.
